Why Flow State exists
My background is in healthcare operations and complex case coordination, and I kept running into the same problem: rigid processes that looked fine on paper and fell apart in practice, eating up time nobody had to spare. That's where my focus on smooth, efficient systems comes from. It's what keeps clients and teams motivated, agile and productive.
Too many entrepreneurs spend their days working in their business instead of on it, buried under routine tasks they never wanted to handle in the first place. Other times, solo founders just need a sharp sparring partner to talk strategy with. Flow State exists for both.
